There are thousands of military veterans in the State of Texas
currently seeking employment. Part of the problem in getting
veterans hired is that there is a significant gap between Military
Employers and many U.S. Employers concerning workforce
readiness assessment, skill definition, job requirement relevancy,
and the use of a common language to communicate and bridge
relevant qualifications.

In collaborative alliance with the Society for Human Resource
Management Texas State Council, the Mission and Purpose of Hire-
A-Veteran - Operation Job*Match™ is to:

• Educate Employers, military, and government stakeholders on
  the benefits of utilizing State of the Art Transition and Job Match
  Assessment Tools to hire our workforce ready Texas Veterans and
  Wounded Warriors through Operation Job*Match™
• Identify and align stakeholders, and utilize marketing, recruitment,
  and workforce sources and solutions for the purposes of the
  integration and hiring of skilled and educated military veterans and
  wounded warriors, in order to provide work ready and qualified
  human capital for Texas employers.
