Operation Job*Match is a collaborative partnership of nonprofits, corporations, and government all working together towards one common goal... getting returning veterans in the US back to work! 

Once hired, many employers report that Veterans are some of their best hires.  The are trained, disciplined, and reliable.  Yet barriers to that all essential "foot in the door" remain in place.  Veterans sometimes find that when mixed in the pool of the general available talent pool, they come up short.  Their "perceived" skills are sometimes difficult to translate into the private sector. 

This organization and website is designed to break through some of those barriers. 

The Operation Job*Match page is for those that need some extra help and guidance in translating their skills.  There is a charge for utilizing this service because of the extensive tools behind this.  Individuals or organizations working with Veterans may purchase the service for their constituents.  This skills assessment tool takes a look at both hard and soft skills and translates those into real jobs.  It also provides a profile on the type of additional training needed to make the individual a viable candidate for employers today.
